Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

Because every item is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, the wrong color, or a change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing error, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Email info@brokemillionairewear.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement, or refund you if you prefer.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows your package is lost, email us and we will work with the carrier to replace your order.

Cancellations

Orders start production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible and we will do what we can before it is made.
